6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (for example mapping and payments). Their own terms apply when you use those features.
7. Paid plans
If you subscribe to a paid plan, fees, billing periods, and refund rules are shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law gives you another forum.
